Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Local & international shipping available

  • Delivery time varies by destination:

    • Local (HK / CN): 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or lost:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  2. Provide photos + order number

  3. We will replace or refund after verification

Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Request is filed within 7 days of receiving your order

Non-returnable items:

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance/Final sale items

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • We cover the cost if the item is defective/incorrect

  • Customer covers the cost for personal-reason returns (e.g., changed mind)

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item is inspected

  • Refunds go back to the original Stripe payment method

  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable (case-by-case)

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipping.
If shipped, follow the return process above.
