Delivery Information

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link. Don’t worry, it’s a safe link! This link will contain information about your order and it’s journey to you.

If you have your tracking number handy, enter the number in the search bar on the America Post website: Track My Order

Split deliveries

If you have ordered multiple items, thank you and thank you again! We will try our best to ship your entire order out from a single location. However, depending on stock in store at any given time, we may need to split your order into multiple deliveries. This means that one store will ship part of your order and another will send the rest. Don’t worry – you will only ever need to pay one delivery fee and you will receive tracking information of each part of your order. Please keep an eye out for additional emails with further tracking information.

How We Deliver

Our default delivery option is ATL (Authority to Leave). This means that the courier won’t need a signature upon delivery and will leave the parcel in a secure location if no one is available at home. Please note that the parcel is considered “delivered” once it’s left at your premises. If you require Signature on Delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

Delivery timeframes

Our team will do our best to get all orders received processed the following day where possible. Parcels can take anywhere between 3-10 working days to be delivered with the exception of public holidays and any unforeseen delays. Please use the tracking link that we send to you for more information.

Delivery Rates

Deliveries start from $14.99 for up to 4 standard sized items. Additional charges will apply to bulky items. The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at checkout and will be based on the total weight of your order.
